[Veg] Roast potatoes on the BBQ

Ingredients: |
450g small Yukon Gold potatoes
(any yellow skinned starchy potato will work)
450g small red potatoes
450g pearl onions or shallots
1 green bell pepper, large dice
olive oil

|
- Lay out 2 large sheets of aluminum foil
- Lightly oil and add half of the ingredients to each sheet.
- Wrap tightly to seal.
- Loosely wrap in a second layer to prevent burning.
- Cook over medium heat about 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
- (Time will depend on the size of the potatoes)
