Danica Patrick Racing has confirmed its entry for the 2009 NASCAR Sprint Cup Season. The team's 2 drivers are Carl Edwards and Scott Riggs. Crew Chief, Dave Sharpley is ready to take on the task of leading these 2 drivers in this year's season.
Danica spoke to the press briefly this morning...
" Um.. I am very excited about this year's NASCAR season. We ran a partial season last year but we now have the resources to run a full season. I am confident in my drivers' ability to run at the front of the field. Carl Edwards is a proven driver and he will have another great year. My newest driver, Scott Riggs improved last year and I feel he will have a strong year and will do well for us. Um, we have all the sponsors in line and my whole team is ready to go racing and have a great year. Thank You. "
