So the shuffling begins in earnest, but it's hard to see where the improvements will occur. Maybe Rahal in a third Ganassi car, maybe a talented driver to fill a seat left open by Ryan Hunter Reay. Perhaps Danica bolts to Nascar?
The rest will be a change of seats that won't amount to much, as far as I would guess.
