Personally I am not that pessimistic. Toyota, Nissan, HPD, Judd, Aston Martin have sufficient resources and experience to produce a reliable engine. The Toyota LMP1 and Nissan LMP2 engine are derived from Super GT engines that have prove reliablity.
I main fear that the Hope Racing Oreca, with its new Lehmann 2 liter turbo and a hybrid drivetrain, will definitely not reach the finish line.
