Dan Rear should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
The ban was for 12 years I believe, though whether he served it is another matter... They usually had 2-3 year old F3 cars, quite a surprise when Phil turned up for the '80 season with a brand new Argo. Didn't improve his pace though!
