Dunno what you've learned in school, but during my school days the World had just five continents, of which the whole of America was one.
Germany has no two rounds, Hockenheim has one (same as Barcelona rather than Spain) and Germany has one at Buxtehude.
Same situation as in 2015. I for myself don't need Hockenheim, but that's how it is. See here:
