i think wtcc calendar has made following these points:
- manufacture needs (france, russia, japan and china)
- country able to pay a lots to host a round (marocco, thailand, qatar)
- country where u can have lots follower (argentina, germany, hungary, slovakia)
- ribeiro's country of birth (portugal)
if volvo will ask to have an home round in sweden i guess one between hungary and slovakia will be excluded
