It really isn't that hard.
Legal action seems to be an act of desperation. I'm not privy to the contracts but I can't see any legal grounds Garry thinks he can force them to supply. I guess you would have to know the exit clauses for the contract to know.
Strangely though NO mention of breach of contract in any of the discussions so far.
