Are International TCR series like TCN2 to allow Rear Wheel Drive Cars in the future?

Good Rear Wheel drive car for TCN2 rules are;

Alfa Romeo Giulia
BMW
Mercedes
Cadillac ATS
Infiniti Q50
Lexus IS200
Subaru

Can International TCR-series say no to Rear Wheel Drive Cars, from this car brands, TCR-series need more car brands?
The Macau race is open for other cars than TCR.
The Mercedes is from Chinese Touring Car Championship.
