The rule changes to the factory cars are supposed to make them 3-4s/lap slower at Le Mans, which would make them only about 3 seconds a lap faster than Rebellion there which works out to around 1.5s/lap faster around Monza even assuming they weren't able to take any advantage of this season's rule breaks for privateer cars.

Alternatively if you want to look at the most Monza-like non-Le Mans track on the schedule Rebellion was only 4s slower at Fuji and the factory cars should be a couple seconds a lap slower around a track that size, plus Monza would be slightly more in favour of Rebellion than Fuji.

You have to wait for a higher downforce track and/or a track that was used last season for a good comparison.

I have to say Rebellion really should have entered an LMP1 car at Le Mans this year. It was the R-One's best chance to be competitive. But I imagine they entirely lacked the expertise to understand the impact of the hybrid rule changes.
