Unless I missed something, I was under the impression that the project was being "reorganized" with Multimatic taking the lead. I have not heard of an official split until that line above.

Yes, I believe that to be incorrect also. They are an ACO/IMSA/FIA selected constructor. I agree that 'taking the lead' would be a more appropriate statement.
