You would think that a logical move, for cost management.
An engine shows up in a box, gets plugged in, gets used til it is out of pre-determined life, gets unplugged, put back in its box, and back to KRE it goes, replaced by another one.
It makes all the Holdens as competitive engine-wise as one another. So rich teams can't outspend everyone else...
