hand is not illegal.
As long as it is declared and NI and Tax are paid, it's completely legal.
As for these sort of leaks - funny how when Jimmy Carr did it, the Prime Minister took time out of his busy schedule to call him out on it. Now it turns out they're all at it, include the countries biggest sports star (for this week anyway), politicians and the crown itself, that it's all fine, it's just a loophole we'd all use.
