While there were rumours of a Ferrari engine, I think the Cossie is a good bet for Minardi. I presume the Ford is a lot cheaper than the Ferrari (?).
I hope they can get a bit of testing in. It could be a cause for concern with respect to reliability.
Will it be enough to move them up the grid a bit? I'm not so sure, but I wouldn't mind being wrong.
