Agreed - but I'm not sure how easy that would be, I know people that use them in rallying and they suffer from limited suspension travel (not sure how much modifying can be done around the mounts), very weak front ends (they need a lot of beefing up otherwise they bend under normal usage) and they're heavy compared with similar sized cars.
