Does anyone know of a Formula Ford driver called Willie Beck?

I purchased a 70's March racing car a few years ago, and his name comes up as a previous owner in 1985.
Hoping someone may know him and can put me in touch.
Would like to find out about the history of the car before he owned it.

Have searched on Google and found some posts about him racing a Hawke
Also formula 2, 3 cars.
Any help would be much appreciated.
