Engines have always been tuner based haven't they? Even in WRC manufactures don't build their own. Pipo, Mountune, Lehmann, etc. Interesting to see that Godfrey isn't that big supplier anymore and Trollspeed nearly lost its mojo, but the Polo's put them back again.
