Hmm - don't agree with you there but it might depend on what era you're talking about. Pau was choc-a-bloc full of shunts in F3000 of the late 80s / early 90s when I was a team member - WAY more shunts than Enna.
In those days we had 40+ cars trying to get onto a 26 car grid so qualifying in particular was intense. In later years, with maybe higher minimum ride heights etc Pau may not have been as extreme.
