When the race resumed on Monday the cars had been refuelled and it was declared a wet race, therefore adversly impacting on any strategy regarding, fuel and tyre stops.

I was surprised they allowed the teams to refuel and the race itself declared a timed, wet race. I think they should have continued the race from Lap 23 and raced the remainder of the 90 laps. Fuel and tyre strategies would definitely have come into play.
