How does it punnish the part time guys that qualify? if they Q top 35 they are in, last year a part time guy could qualify 4th and if several top teams had problems the 4th place qualifier would miss the race.
I mistakenly deleted some text out. I meant to say that it punishes part-time drivers who qualify 36th-43th.
