will MSA do that though? I thought it was always up to the individual scrute's interpretation which is what makes it a lottery so often for so many.
The reg is clear 'shatterproof material' - are there different types of fibreglass? is there any sort of fibre glass that shatters? Surely the matting does similar job to laminated glass IE holds it all together
