Further to the above:
I noticed that the BT36X that Tony Brown ran in 75 & 76 was the ex-Mike MacDowell car from 1974 - in fact it was still in the same colour scheme in 1976! Both MacDowell and Brown entered the car as a BT36 in period.
It is strange that Tony Brown owned a BT35X and a BT36X at the same time. I can only summise that he bought the BT35X because it was cheap!
