re #11 Track possibly not quite ready in time for NZ V8's 2009, but plans well advanced for a massive McLaren Festival January 2010. If weather is good, will not take too long to take off the preloading on the track and start on laying the base.
Ruapuna may well be popular but no other country has two rounds so no chance of NZ!
