Not a lot, no. Each corner is mildly banked, but they vary, 6-8 degrees.
Don't forget Milwaukee has a 6 degree banking.....

Theres no need for a huge banking and its not built as a superspeedway. The oval is just an optional layout for something different as a result of yannicks suggestion.
I don't think you can build a great speedway and merge it with a great road circuit and have them both be super successful.
Rockhampton would be a prime example of what happens when you try to do both.
Daytona runs a great 24hr race but the track isn't an example of a great road circuit. It has a great race yes, but thats not quite the same thing.
At best you get one track being great and the other being an add-on for club racing or as a secondary option.

Oh that other feature..... I remembered. It can be run in both directions....
