Set on the Californian coast, this venue features many tight corners and is primarily suited to touring cars and amateur categories. T1 and the T9-10 double apex hairpin are the main overtaking opportunities, with T14 and 18 also being viable options.

Expected categories would be SCCA, NASA, possibly the Road to Indy, with NASCAR an off chance, and WTCC a long term goal.

The street circuit styled design also has places designated for karting, autocross, and motocross circuits on site.
