You'll need an official FIA sticker for Europe and it must be within 2 years old. For UK clubbies you need the gauge in the green. I wouldn't risk getting just any extinguisher company to service it as their sticker may invalidate the whole unit as far as the MSA is concerned plus why take the risk with something that could save your car or even your life.
