I use to drive with a team based in Charentes - region well appreciated by Brits I guess - and I can tell you that the mix between a famous indian tonic and cognac is fantastic. In French we say "you can drink it like good milk" but it makes you happy really fast. After the race and avec modération of course! Or "un modérateur" if some shows up…
