Pro Mazda is not production cars, it is open-wheel racing and the next step up from USF2000 in the Mazda Road to Indy ladder
Indy Lights is a fair bit higher than F4 on the licence points I would think, as F4 is very similiar to USF2000. Indy Lights is the equivalent of GP2 (now F2)

F4 is the top of the tree for open wheelers in Australia for points. I Pro mazda matched up F4 then it would be 12 points for that, easily enough points equivlent
