But who of them makes a TCR type car that's RWD? MB had FWD with the A and B class cars that are hatches so they have a chassis if desired. The only Lexus hatch I can think of is the CT (Prius with a fancy badge) and that's not really in the TCR. It seems like the chance of a RWD small hatch coming back anywhere in the world, especially in the era of extreme platform sharing, is so slim as to not even be a consideration. When BMW is going to move their 1 series to FWD, that's the sign small and RWD outside of 2 seaters might be over.

And if no one has anything in the pipeline or under consideration the next set of rules will be out before they are produced and things could be changed.
