I've just heard that there will be a memorial service for Dave on Monday 6th July, at St John the Evangelist Church, Whitchurch, Bucks, HP22 4JZ at 2-30 p.m. and after at The Betsey Wynne pub in Swanbourne, MK17 0SH.
