Part of the political fight is that TC and TN left Carburando (Canal 13) for TV Pública. So both broadcasters want to have enough championships to fill every Sunday morning with races.
TV Pública has TC, TN and TC Mouras. Carburando has Súper TC2000, Top Race and TC2000.
There are three weekend sets, with TC and TC2000 in one, Super TC2000 and TC Mouras in the other, and Top Race and TN in the third.
As you see, TC and Super TC2000 are clearly headliners, whereas TC2000 and TC Mouras are the least interesting. Top Race and TN fight for top drivers. TC drivers would fill the pickup championships, which would break the already thin balance.
They havent decided if pickup chassis will be built by a single provider (Dole Racing), or if each team would build its own chassis. The first option is better business, the second option would allow to debut earlier.
