I have now sold my FF [ as listed above] so you cannot have that one. The German open is a great championship and a load of fun.
I own all of the cars you are interested in, including an HFF a Junior and an F3. So I may be able to advise you impartially.
Its a good idea to decide in advance what you want to do with it first and proceed from there. A competant amateur mechanic can run most of the different types. with a little guidance.
Im the HFF chairman so obviously that is the best championship to start from
