Sadly very true in some parts Grant, although I suspect not limited to Liverpool in fairness to them
. A few days ago here in sleepy North Yorkshire someone pinched the standalone flashing blue lights from the scene of a serious (life-threatening accident) whilst it is was being dealt with!
