I am even happier tonight as Lucy's time ( I got it wrong ) was actually 45.23 so I am very close to her.
Anna's time was 42.21 which is fab.
Going to get proper race boots this week as my trainers stopped me from getting any decent feel on the controls.
Gotta be worth a second or two ....
Mind you racing with perhaps 20+ other teams is going to be a completely different ball game, for sure.
Last year's race was unbelievably hectic....
and the new Raceway is far more technical than the old circuit at Kings Cross ( which I loved as you could go faster on the longer straights ).
