Apparently Bernie Ecclestone has signed the contracts and the Bahranian government have agreed to loan the money to the sporting body that are contracted to complete the project.
I think that they have a completion date for the end of february, although that would seem to be incredibly fast to me looking from here.
Did you see the unrest on the television over the weekend?
The Bahranian Government were using tear gas and plastic bullets on crowds of anti war protesters.So that may have a serious bearing on the issue as well, especially if the war continues for much longer and things get really out of hand.
