There is a low shot (over the wing) of the Polo engine in the article, so you can see the top of the cooling package (mounted in the front) and some of the intercooler pipework.
LDM engineers were happy to let me take some shots of the C4 engine bay earlier this year, but that isn't a front running World Championship car so it figures they are more relaxed about it. All of the World teams I have asked in the last 12 months have said no to engine shots.
It's a shame a view of the engines isn't as accessible, but I guess the teams are keen to hang on to any little edge they have!
