That document was an interesting read... very careful about various things that might happen (including a proposal for a second(!) hotel... presuming the company ever finishes the first one!).
Sponsor lined up, venue lined up - do you happen to know if the city's signed on though? I had no luck finding anything in city council documents beyond the current (now expired, I guess) 2017 deal.
