I'm fairly certain this series was meant to be an off-season opportunity for the European and Asian competitors, obviously open to Central-American entries but I'm fairly certain the motorsport market there needs to develop further to have a decent field of native entries. There's no series in the region, unless the Dominican Republic series did get up and running.
To put it simply, maybe 10, if that.
