Yes, for exemple Courage C60 with #15 (both BK Motorsport and Pescarolo Sport).
Possible there is two #11. One - the right - for Courage Oreca, and a other one for Acura, made by Acura. Moreover, Acura own #12, so I think that Acura named his owned cars #11 and #12. Effectively, the last chassis Courage was #10 at the end of 2007.
