So, it was the hybrid system cooling test, I would guess they were keeping the fuel flow at the EOT limit.
But on second thought, using more fuel would actually stress the hybrid system more, because of higher top speed before the braking = more recuperating energy to take. So it was probably both: fuel use + hybrid power.
