Sky GO is set up on 4 package options slightly different to the TV packages.

From the Website they are..
Entertainment (which appears to include content from both the Entertainment and Entertainment Extra TV Packages)
Entertainment + Movies
Entertainment + Sports
Entertainment + Sports + Movies

From that it's pretty clear where the confusion comes from as the F1 Channel doesn't readily fall into the Entertainment section as it's essentially a Bonus channel for those with HD. As Sky GO isn't in HD, the SD version of the F1 channel is going to have to be specifically added.

I'm also told that the people that answer the Sky Forums and do the other Social Media stuff like Twitter and Facebook, are actually just call centre staff. They have the same information to give out as the telephone advisers.
