Although I suppose that's the difference between someone who's got a full season's budget to keep a car on the grid, and one that does not. Not suggesting Mr Rullo bought his way in, just simply that considerations are generally made when there's a long-term commitment.

It does make you wonder though how he got in. Rullo had less points AND was younger than Chahda if my memory serves. Full season budget should not overide a license, but maybe a drive. LDM obviously didnt care, they signed both of them
