To be fair he was only 4.0 sec behind the other Audi in the saturdays testing session.
By far the slowest guy out there, sadly. Hope he has a lot of money and will make a new attempt, always fun to have more cars on the track.
I've only seen pictures of the accident, it looked like a classic cold-rear-tyres misstake, oversteering straight into the barrier on the warmup lap. STCC hasnt been kind to the Russian drivers so far...
