Going off topic a bit, did you see the interesting Concorde programme last night?
I used to know a BA 747 pilot (& occasional Caterham racer) who maintained they rather looked down on Concorde pilots as they did not require so much skill to fly as a Jumbo etc. The programme last night suggested the skill sets were a little different though.
Lovely anecdote about a Concorde encounter with a US stealth bomber!
