I'll watch, I always do. It's born and bred into me, being an old Southerner. I was brought up a NASCAR (and other stock car series) fan. It runs in my blood. This is why the older NASCAR fans are so loyal to NASCAR, why, back in the Old South (by Old South, I am talking about pre-1975 time frame, before the time that all the changes were made, mass urbanization, big-city attitudes, increased migration from other areas of the country, etc., were made, that changed (unfortunately for us old-timers
) the South forever, from the simpler life, to the complicated non-stop, never slow down whirlwind that it has become today) we ate, slept and breathed NASCAR! It was (and forever remains, for us old Southerners) OUR sport!
