Hello Cath, for the BMMC SE region the online volunteering information sent to the Chief Marshals will include your MSA registered grade (trainee/ungraded if you do not have an MSA grade). If you mark one of the other grades listed, this will also be included after trainee. It will then be up to the Chief Marshal to allocate duty. This is the current practice for SE region, but there is a meeting of BMMC volunteering coordinators very shortly when this may be clarified.
