'Luckily' the awning had collected so much water that no amount of gusting wind was going to move it! (Due to the slope it was on rather than design fault...)
Look at the positives- it was dry saturday when all the erecting was done and cars unloaded. (And sun shone for a while during our 'gentle' bike ride through 'open countryside'
)
It wasn't raining yesterday when all the awnings were taken down either, although everything was a trifle damp still. And by time I got home yesterday afternoon there wasn't a cloud in the sky!
