There is not a big difference with the BOPs :

BOP Open GT :
Lamborghini Huracan GT3 : 1'290 kg / restrictors : 2x40mm
McLaren 650 S : 1'265 kg / restrictors : 2x38mm
Ferrari F458 GT3 = 1'260 kg / restrictors : 2x43mm
BMW M6 GT3 = 1'310 kg / Pboost : 1.65 to 7'000 rpm

BOP Blancpain GT (track cat.A) :
Lamborghini Huracan GT3 : 1'265 kg / restrictors : 2x38mm
McLaren 650 S : 1'265 kg / restrictors : 2x36mm
Ferrari F458 GT3 = 1'260 kg / restrictors : 2x43mm
BMW M6 GT3 = 1'310 kg / Pboost : 1.61 to 7'000 rpm

Silverstone :
GTE WEC 2015 (with Michelin confidential) = 1'59''970
GTE WEC 2016 (with Michelin confidential) = 1'58''885
GT3 Blancpain 2016 (with Pirelli customers) = 1'58''469

Spa Francorchamps :
GTE 2016 (WEC) = 2'17''632 (with Michelin tires confidential)
GT3 2016 (Open GT) : 2'15''746 (with Michelin tires customers)

At the price where cost the GTEs, the cars are very too slow especially with the best tires.
