No chassis was evere sold to Adam Wilcox - there was talk that the ex GNM car owned by Pete Sands was sold to the DRM outfit with which Adam won the 2004 Brit GT dailysportscar.com Cup
Since nothing has been heard since from the outfit it's safe to assume that no money chnaged hands.
