These cars are part of a golden era of Argentine motorsport of the late 60's and early 70's, that were raced in the TC and in the Sport Prototipo Argentino.
The regulations were always very free the first years demanded the use of the front windshield of the road car from which they derived, some years later demanded a minimum height then appeared the egg shape of the roof of some cars and finally nothing and also arrived the spyders.
Some of the cars were Pronello-Ford, Berta LR, Torino Liebre MK I,MK II,MK III, Gentile-Chevrolet, Baufer-Chevrolet, Numa-Tornado, Chelco-Chevrolet etc.
